1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard delivery timeframes:

United Kingdom (Domestic)    5 – 10 business days

International Shipping    7 – 14 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearances, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly via the courier's tracking portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, VelvetGlow.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

As we sell dietary supplements, please ensure that the country you are importing into permits the specific ingredients contained within your order. We are not responsible for items seized or destroyed by international customs offices.
5. Incorrect Delivery Address

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer during checkout. Please review your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in protecting our packages, but if you receive your order damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately:

    We will investigate with the courier and arrange for a replacement or a refund accordingly.
