As our products are dietary supplements/health products, specific hygiene and safety regulations apply to returns under UK law. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. Right to Cancel & Reflection Period (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

    Condition for Supplements: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, you can only return supplements if they are unopened, unused, with the original protective seal fully intact, and in their original packaging.

    If the inner seal or outer wrapping of the supplement bottle/packaging has been broken, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund due to safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right to cancel or return an item, you must inform us of your decision by contacting our customer support team:

Please provide your Order Number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
3. Return Shipping Address & Costs

Once your return is approved, please mail your products to our registered UK address:

    Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

    Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Please email us at info@VelvetGlow.co.uk with your order details and photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

    If verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately or issue a full refund, including any original delivery charges and your return postage costs.

5. Refunds Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria (unopened and sealed). We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

    Timeline: Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

    Original Delivery Charges: If you return the entire order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the standard delivery cost. If you chose an upgraded/express delivery option, only the standard rate will be refunded.
